This is the mcdonalds closest to our house and have had multiple issues. We order something, get something different, or nothing at all. Otherwise our food looks like it was sat on then thrown around like a frisbee. If you go to pick up food and ordered ahead its never ready at the time it says it will be
Update: still the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this McDonald’s do not go here if you want your food to stay in the bag they throw it at you on the counter. I don’t know what the girls name is that I dealt with today on April 8, 2026, but she’s lucky I didn’t jump the counter!! The worst customer service ever!!!! I'm an Uber driver and waited 15 min for someone to even acknowledge I was there or ask what I needed!!!
