I visited the Port Jefferson McDonald's today, and although there was a mistake with my order at first, I wanted to recognize the management for how they handled it. Instead of brushing the issue aside, they took responsibility, fixed the problem quickly, and went above and beyond to make things right. If I could give one star I would. I was in the drive through line and I witnessed the middle aged black lady try to physically fight someone and then heard her talking to other customers in the drive though over the speaker cursing up a storm. McDonald’s you should be ashamed you employe someone like that. Your staff is actively trying to fight people while on the clock like deranged animals. Nice sitting area
I stopped by this McDonald's on Wednesday around 4:50 PM after getting out of work. I ordered an ice cream cone along with my meal, and I was honestly surprised when I received the cone. It was only about an inch tall, which, as a former McDonald's employee, I know is nowhere near McDonald's standards. I politely asked if it could be remade, but the employee didn't seem interested in helping or fixing the issue. I wasn't trying to make a scene—I just wanted what I paid for.
