My friend and I both had messed up orders. My coffee was separated, chunky, and tasted like rotten milk :( Her hashbrown was a weird brown color in the middle and smelled like rotten potatoes. Her sandwich was labeled as a bacon McGriddle and when she opened it was sausage.
Ordered nuggets was not good
The last 2 times I have been here have been disappointing which has been 6 or 7 months apart. I didn't have time to stop and pick up my food the last time because the drive thru was wrapped around the building and nobody moved forward for nearly 10 minutes. I left without even getting in line and was still charged for my food, contacted the manager and still never got a refund. This time the wrong order and didn't know until I got home.
Beverages are very disappointing.
