Indoor PlayPlace :) I think all McDonald's restaurants should have an indoor PlayPlace because a lot of people and I love McDonald's PlayPlaces.
Went tonight about 8:00 and in the 30 minutes there the manager went on about 3 cigarette breaks and was extremely rude when he entered to the staff. Cutting them off while making mcflurries and just being flat out rude. Colchester McDonald's needs to hire new management asap or they'll lose loyal customers because it was very unprofessional
I have complained multiple times to management concerning the customer service/attitude of employees. Several times, I have received the wrong order, I order the same thing for breakfast and receive 4 different prices. Show staff the receipt, they say the price was an error, that this is the correct price - however, the price on the menu doesn't add up to what the 'new price' is. Ask for a medium caramel mocha iced coffee, staff states they don't have 'mocha', or give me a frappe sized iced coffee, but charge $2.49. Been ask... read more
VERY poor service AND attitude by staff. This McD is the worst one in over 30+ years of visiting McD across the country. Notorious for being understaffed. On one occasion we had to wait in line 30 minutes for a Happy Meal,there was a total of 2 customersahead of me, BUT interestingly the Drive Thru was doing a booming business and they were flying by; lack of service for indoor customers. just go across the street to wendys this is the worst mcdonalds iv ever been too iv been there multiple times and kno a bunch of people who were also dissatisfied with there service there rude more then half the time screw up the order and if ur a fan of diping sauces there the worst for them they will only give them to u if u order nuggets and if u do get nuggets they give one sauce packet n if u ask for more they charge u and say its policy wich is not the case they are just a very poor mcdonalds like I said if u want fast... read more
they close at 1am on a saturday you would figure with traffic from the highway and troop k right around the corner they would stay open at least alittle later if not all night. i found this out the hard way.
