Staff is pretty good. They could be friendlier but the food still tastes great so there's that. I don't know why they say it's 24/7. They're always closed from 3am to 4am-ish. Night crew sucks and has the worst attitude I've seen in a long time anywhere.
The girl at the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful!! Kept messing up our order on the screen. Pulled up to the windows so I could actually speak face to face and she was even more rude!! When we did finally get our food, one whole meal was missing and the drink I had ordered for myself was completely wrong! I had had enough and just left.
The drive-thru experience was terrible. One side wasn't even working, and I waited far too long. I went inside to let the cashier know, but they didn't seem to care or even apologize. What made it worse was that there were a couple of employees just standing around while customers were waiting at the front.
