I placed a mobile order through mcdonalds app and was robbed. I went to the store through the drive through and was told to pull up to the window where I waited for 15 minutes before being told to leave because their systems were down and that I would be receiving a refund because they were not going to give me the order that I could see on the counter. Fast forward two days and the pending charge has fully cleared and withdrawn from my bank. Do not go here they don't care if they rob you.
I ordered a mc crispy and fries...The fries were old AND the sandwich was wrong..it looked like it had been made for another order and left in the warmer for a while...the chicken was BROWN..it looked burnt...we ordered at the counter...we're told by staff that they were short staffed and that we should use the kiosk or we would have to wait to order.which i endee up doing just to around and go to the counter any because i was paying with cash..The kyosk did not print me a receipt. .not 1 min later we watched 2 of they're em... read more
Very rude employees. They complain just for having to do their jobs. I asked for a ranch and they gave me such an attitude.
No drinks available, no frappe available. Lady sounded very tired and aggravated with customers.
