Ordered online, went in to pickup. When I got to the counter no one acknowledged my existence. There were four guys standing around talking and joking, one of them appeared to be the manager. They all saw me but none of them said anything to me at all. I waited for around five minutes before a little old lady (60-70 at least) hobbled back in from wiping tables.
