Miss Flo is the sweetest offering to help patrons with the ordering kiosk. She made us feel welcome & made the experience wonderful.
The staff was rude and constantly stared at my fiancé. I felt very uncomfortable. The kids meal boxes were different as in one was Minecraft and the other was regular and one got a Minecraft toy and the other a basketball toy. The big mac barely had sauce and lettuce on it. The ice machine was said to be broken, but an employee used her personal cup to get ice even though there were multiple signs stating that the ice machine was clogged and there was no ice. Nicole is so incredibly rude and racist it makes working there unbearable. She has an attitude with every customer and degrades you when you say anything back. They can't follow simple instructions and find it funny when there's a line of pissed off customers in the lobby. Never come to this location if you value your time and money.
