Very undercooked fries, no straws or napkins in our to go order.
They always ask about using the app, so I got it to use the rewards and maybe skip the drive through line. This is my third time using the app. We did curbside each time and the last 2 times my bf had to walk inside because they weren’t coming after 20 minutes for one meal. Today, I ordered fries and a sweet tea. Guy came out saying sorry there was a wait on the fries. That tells me that they were making new ones so I was fine until I realized they were cold and hard.
