So disappointed. Went for a late night treat, well before close, and ordered 3 MCFLURRIES. What we got was melted ass Ice cream with some Oreos on top, less than a soon full. Would’ve bought cones if I wanted plain vanilla ice cream. It was pure laziness and disregard. God forbid you have to wash a dish. I basically got a Sundae instead while still paying extra money for ice cream to be blended. The girl working practically threw them out the window with a guilty conscience I’m sure! The customer ahead of us waited 20 minutes for a chicken nugget meal. When they finally got their food, the female employee that was at the drive thru smarted off to them. She was unbelievably disrespectful and should have been immediately fired by the manager. We ate in the dining room which was very dirty and no employee came to clean any tables the entire time we ate our meal.

Food was good, service was lacking. When i went up to get a refill, I stood there at the counter for 4-5 minutes with no one even looking at me or asking if i needed help. They said 'people stand here all the time waiting for food.' i said just as little question would give good service, 'have you been helped?'
