Never waited less than 40 min for my food here. Almost always something wrong with my order. Always a lot of employees working so I’m not sure what the problem is.
7/23/2026 I ordered a vanilla cone and waited a long time, but it never arrived. It wasn't until I went to the counter to ask that they even started making it. On top of that, the staff didn't properly address the missing item issue. A truly terrible experience.
