I wish I could give them a negative 5 they are the worse employees sick they close the store when they want after 7. Make you wait forever and nobody odd in line then get smart when u ask what's the problem!!! Need to fire everyone and get new staff!!!
terribly gross my burger was covered in soy sauce and I wanted kechup but they said they were out and my drink was expired
Came in the morning only words were spoken was "pull around" wasn't greeted at either window and was given a soggy hashbrown and cold mcmuffin. This is the WORST McDonald's, would go to the mahoning road location before this and that says a lot.
I have GOT to stop trying to give this place another shot! This woman, who made it PERFECTLY clear that was "the only person up front" has got the WORST attitude about her job ever! Look lady...if your job is so horrible, GO ACROSS THE STREEET and work! There's more jobs out there! No need to make all your customers pay the price for you being unable to handle the pressure of being short staffed like EVERY OTHER COMPANY out there is! NOT GOING BACK!!!
Did not order. Went to drive thru sar for 29 minutes and the car in front of me didn’t even order yet. Told to hold on and would take order in a minute. I will NEVER go back to this MacDonald’s. Went to Dueber, friendly and order was taken right away. If short staffed, close inside and do drive thru only.
