Didn't put my big mac
The night and day staff act completely different. I take my son here regularly, he is 3. Most of the time it is during the day. Every now and then I go at night because my son begs for MCD. A few times at night, the staff's language behind the counter has been horrible. The worst part is it is loud enough for my son to hear sitting at the back of the restaurant. Drove thru on Sat am about 7:50. The person taking the order was friendly and accurate. The person handing off the order was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, hot and well prepared.
Tonight’s I ordered my daily duele, it was cold, cheese and meat cold and there was no costume es when I went so they had no reason to be in a hurry. They forgot my sauces and when I told manager he gave me no attention and had an attitude. Night Shift has to be better, never have any problems in mornings or afternoons.
