I'd like to preface my review by saying that I understand working in the food service industry can be very challenging. With that said, this is probably the worst McDonalds I've visited in a very long time. They lack consistency regarding order accuracy, time to serve the customer, and customer service. It's a triple threat and the business is failing. They almost always mess up the order somehow, missing items ordered or providing the wrong order entirely. Long line in drive through
June 28th at 10:15pm. There’s an older lady who works at this McDonald’s that consistently doesn’t fill up the new drinks. This is the third time now. Didn’t know a couple more ounces of sprite was breaking the bank for McDonald’s. She just blames it on the machine and won’t fix it if you ask her. The Whitman McDonald’s is much better for a slightly longer ride but worth it.
