Curbside had me waiting for 15 mins for food. Finally just went inside to get my own foo. I might as well just be invisible ( I'm 6'3" about 380-I'm a big guy), no staff acknowledged me at all. My food was just sitting there waiting to be taken out with 3 other drive up orders. The reason for the delay? A staff member didn't want to make two trips out to drive up, so my order that was in first sat there getting cold. Not good customer service-just basic common sense to bring out a ready order. The least reliable, worst McDonald's in the Bangor/Brewer/Old Town area. It's the only McDonald's in the area that does not allow iced tea refills and does not keep the iced tea in the dining area. It also refuses to let you order half-sweet iced tea on the app. When I asked an employee (a manager) if I could get a half-sweet tea, she was strangely rude to me.
