My wife and I made a small early dinner mobile order today. We chose curbside and picked a spot. I used to work for McDonalds and am familiar with what the training, standards, and practices USED to be. So we waited. And waited. After 10 minutes, no food. No cars were in the drive-through. Nearly everytime I get a SWEET tea here, it’s either watered down or unsweetened tea. If it were once or twice, fine, but nearly every time it’s not sweet. I don’t have this problem anywhere else, just this McDonald’s.
