Seriously needs restraining, they mess up 9 out of 10 orders, food sometimes is either overcooked undercooked or just cold
Food was awful as usual. I dont know why I keep doing this to myself.
The service is incredibly slow. The majority of the time, there is something wrong with my order - missing items, incorrect items, cold items when they should be hot, quality of the fresh ingredients is low. When attempting to address with the team, it is always a cumbersome process. I have attempted to give chance after chance, hoping to have a better experience. Today's experience was the last one for me.
