You wait a long time for your food and it’s ok.
Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service at the McDonald’s inside Bradford Walmart. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to discover it had been sitting behind the counter for more than 15 minutes. At no point was my order number called, and when I inquired about it, the staff member handed me the bag with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. For a fast food place they sure are slow!!! We waited over 25 minutes for our food, if we were advised we’d have to wait for fresh food it would’ve been okay-however we didn’t receive any warning. When we were finally called the female manager/supervisor gave us unacceptable attitude. As a fast food closer myself I know it’s hard but it’s certainly not that hard.
