The biggest issue I have with McDonalds is the ketchup packs. They need to change from those sorry small packs to the dispenser like 5 guys. There are no napkins in the dining area and no ketchup. How much of an improvement this would be. It’s so simple to think like a customer and have nice ketchup, dispensers, and napkin dispensers in the dining area. Will you do this manager?

Not opening on time. Employees sitting around doing nothing,watching us . Didn’t open until after 5am.
Went to grab breakfast at 6:30 am and the manager is arguing with employees about the door being open. They were talking about whether the lobby should be open or not. Very rude. Called back and manager is arguing with me, telling me not to tell him how to runhis store. Obviously he has no clue how to be a good manager or a reasonable person.
This place needs some help or people that at least act like they enjoy their job. My daughter waited over 10 minutes for a pack of bbq sauce and never got it until my husband had to go ask. They sit peoples food down on the counter barely say the number and walk away. It's ridiculous.
