The person that took our order, Chris, was nice but the manager (didn't get his name) was rude. The food was cold. And when I asked for my money back, he had an attitude. On my way out, he told me to never come back when I didn't do anything to him. I never been so disrespected in my life!!
Dec. 1, 2014 This morning everything was just right. The COFFEE had just the right amount of cream and sugar and tasted marvelous. The COUNTRY HAM was wonderful, almost no fat at all and not too salty. The BISCUIT, was perfection, crispy and uniformly brown on the outside and white fluffy on the inside. Thank You to the Black Mountain McDonald's for starting this old woman's day with just what she wanted.
