Nothing like getting charged for food that never showed up. I placed an order through the mobile app, but my order number never appeared. When I explained this to the manager, instead of helping me find a solution, she just kept asking for the order number — didn’t have. In the end, I got no food, just attitude — and a $10 charge to my bank statement for my trouble. It’s honestly disappointing.
