TWENTY MINUTE WAIT absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on the app and after ten minutes I asked about my order. The cashier was rude and said they'll call me when it's ready. Another ten minutes go by and I go up again, tell the cashier my order number. She goes and picks up the bag that's been sitting in the landing zone for at least five minutes. My fries were cold, the nuggets were room tempo. Also, the soap is just broken in the bathroom.

I hate making bad reviews.. but this needs to be addressed by management or someone higher up. First this mc Donald’s at night always gave weird energy… from the workers, they are never pleasant and the food takes hours to get done it feels like. I haven’t been at that location at night since 2024! So last night I happen to be in the area. I said okay, let me give this a try maybe they can change my opinion… this was around 10pm ish, 11pm ish… I ordered on the app just so everything can go smooth… goes to the speaker… waited... read more

I wish I had more to say to be honest. It feels like the services here are lacking in preparation. Almost every time I've come to this location I have to pull into a drive-thru space and wait while watching other customers go through the entire ordering process and leave before me, when I typically only order 1-3 things; some items you should never have to wait for.
