Went through drive through asked if they had a breakfast bag/deal the voice said no so I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and lg coffee - i get asked if I want that in a combo - I say well I just asked that - I'm told to read the screen - I tell them I can't read and the sun is in my eyes - do you want to order? Literally been sitting in the drive thru for over 30minutes just for a drink. I understand the drive thru can back up, but if someone has a larger order pull them off and have them wait. I pulled in at 10:20am and and as I am writing this it is 10:53 and I am STILL waiting in the drive thru. Absolutely unnecessary.
