This McDonald's has never been the best, and I can accept that as most aren't fantastic either. But ever since they've rebuilt this store their quality and customer service has taken a nose dive. My iced coffees are never stirred almost everytime, my food always has something wrong with it (Cold buns, hard nuggets, etc..). If these were rare, one-off occurrences, I can look past it. We came in today and ordered, the lady brought the food out and didnt say a thing, didnt even make eye contact. We were missing half of our food and thought maybe they were bringing it out but it never came. Went up to ask for the missing food, and when it came out we were still missing food. Went and asked for the missing food yet again and it never came out. I hate to admit there’s a problem with any local store, but this one has problems. I rarely go there because my order is always short or wrong. Nine times out of 10 the food is cold and 10 out of 10 times something is missing from my order. I went there last night and my order ended up being wrong and they had to charge me again for chicken nuggets. There was no problem with them, taking my order and no problem at the payment window.
