Fairly clean inside. Tables needed wiping. No table numbers or paper receipts available at self checkout.
We waited 35 minutes. Nothing. Tried to cancel but was told we couldn’t after 20 minutes. Tried to cancel- had to speak loudly to try to get someone to talk to. Nothing. GM came out and yelled at us. Said we mistreated staff. Staff we didn’t get to even acknowledge us. She yelled- Repeatedly, loudly. Didn’t care, didn’t try to help. Just told us off. Hopes we never go back. I honestly don’t understand how a place that calls itself “fast food” can be this slow. I waited 30 minutes just to get my order, which completely defeats the purpose of going to a fast food restaurant in the first place. The whole experience showed how poorly this place is managed. To make it even worse, after already waiting forever, they had me pull up to the second window just to wait for drinks. Drinks! Accidentally ordered pick up instead of drive thru on app. They refused to provide via drive thru and were rude about it ... not first time they were rude. Unless your going to playplace Just go to the McDonalds on Geyser and Rowland. Its 7 min down the road and they are polite.
