I’ve been living in Ballston Spa for the past 20 years and this McDonald’s has always been one of the worst I’ve ever been to. That being said, these last few visits in the past six months has just been intolerable. Items missing from orders through the drive-through, food not prepped correctly, cold fries, and overall Customer Service is just the absolute worst. I don’t know who runs this place or who the GM is but it is the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my 50+ years of existence on this planet. Seriously... read more
Impossibly slow. Cannot accept DoorDash deliveries at this location, it will ruin my night every time. I’m sitting in line now at 10:16 for an order that was due at 10:09. I’ve been here since 10:06 and not one car has been served. Sitting here losing money. Don’t accept deliveries from this location.
Fairly clean inside. Tables needed wiping. No table numbers or paper receipts available at self checkout.
