Went inside and ordered and they never called my ticket number and when I went up they had my food done just sitting in the back getting cold, why have ticket numbers if they done call it out.
Had to wait forever to get out food . only orders 2 sandwiches and it took forever to get them. Every car was placed in holding to wait for order.
I got my usual...a caramel frappe! It was delicious, as usual.
Two managers with attitude and more than 10 minutes waiting for my order, I don't understand if my order is not ready yet why they have to pullout the ticket. They need to be more empathetic when it comes to customer service.
