I placed my order online through the app, it went through, my account was charged for it. We get there only to be told that they had shut the grill down and weren't taking any orders, explained to them that it had been placed through the app and I'd been charged through it, was rudely informed that I had to cancel it in the app and my money would be refunded. It's been exactly a week and my money has still not been returned to my account. They are still showing as pending in my banking app!!! They get their money in seconds ... read more
Well instead of 4 nuggets with my meal I was given lettuce, beyond aggravated 🙄
