Employees had negative attitudes, tried to avoid talking to customers, and didn’t respond after multiple customers said “thank you” to them. Burgers were sloppily made and missing ingredients. Bathrooms were gross and the floor around the soda machines was wet, but they just put a “wet floor” sign down instead of mopping it up (and I was there for 20 min). Very poor management.
I love using the kiosks to order, it's faster. The food was ok, but the burger and the fries didn't seem fresh. As usual the lemonade was tasty!#
The McDonald’s in Philipsburg has been, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever been to. I waited 25 minutes for a takeout order at a fast food restaurant. No one helped me when I arrived — everything was slow and disorganized. I asked for mustard and mayo, and they told me I had to pay for them. They handed me three large drinks with no tray, even though I had three large meals. A truly frustrating and disappointing experience.
