I placed a mobile order which included an iced latte when I arrived they said their machine was broken. They offered me a reg coffee which is a price difference. I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t have the ability since I did it through the app. So I reached out to corporate and then they emailed me back telling me I need to reach out to the location.
