The service in this place is abysmal. The term "fast food" seems to be some wild concept, a relic of the past, an alien term that nobody here has ever heard of. If you choose to visit this location anyway, expect to be waiting 25 minutes for a large fries, a ten piece McNuggets, and a coke. Apparently that's now the industry standard.
Went through the drive through. As the 3rd vehicle to come up beside me started to order and no one was helping me, I said hello, hello and got no response. I drove ahead and ordered at the window. We ordered two Americanos and the second one was just hot water, almost clear, no coffee flavor at all. I drove back and went in and got it replaced. It took them a long time to make the replacement. Not impressed.
Order arrived at my house, it wasn't even my order. Had to drive to the restaurant. Spoke with the manager about my order. They weren't really noligable on how to reconcile the problem at hand. Very disappointed with their customer relations.
