Out of the 2 available lanes to order from it seems they prioritize one lane over the other, I watched the employee's take 4 other vehicles orders in the opposite lane before they even asked me what I wanted to order, along with speaking to 3 different people asking me what I want to order they need to have people dedicated to work each lane and not have 3-4 people taking orders, the ordering process seems very unorganized inside the restaurant
We used a deal for a free medium fry when you buy a Big Mac and they didn’t give us our fry if I could go lower than 1 star I would
my husband order a plain double cheese burger it was aweful it looked like someone took a bite out of it and pieces of burger was missing
