It was over twenty minutes at a drive thru for basic menu items, they refused to refund our money when asked. The response from staff when asked how much longer was, "I don't know.". We only chose McDonalds for the expediency as we had a time commitment. Huge fail, rude incompetent staff in the am.
Sticky and greasy lobby floor could lead to an accident. One value meal was a 12 minute wait when ordered to go from the lobby.
Very slow drive thru, unless busy dissatisfied with fresh food
It takes on average 30 minutes to get through the drive through. They put the FAST in fast food
