Slow and horrible service from a staff that can barely speak English and takes multiple times to get a simple order, correct.
We went to this location at 9:15pm on a Saturday after a basketball game. We tried to go in to dine in but it was locked. I could see workers inside. The store hours were posted on the door and it said dine in hours were open until 11:00pm. I called and and no one answered and then I called again and they hung up on me. So I went to the drive thru and asked and they said they closed the dining room at 9:00. They were rude so we didn't order.
I used the drive in. The cashier was very friendly and smiled. The chicken nuggets were hot
Short staffed. The poor guy was literally running orders out to like 8 different cars
