Took money from our card, then cancelled our order, on top of that the cashier gave us a pretty crappy tone, we definitely won't be coming back to this establishment
Rated every category a one. We placed a mobile order but they indicated they couldn’t provide what we ordered. They did not refund our money. Said we needed to contact McDonald’s for a refund. A similar situation has previously happened and after several communications we have not received a refund. This is “stealing, fraud and deceptive practices “ that McDonald’s and their franchises engage in.
