I really dont understand how they push for mobile ordering but then I am forced to wait 10+ minutes two separate visits back-to-back while the drive thru is flying. I only did the curbside for the discount but I guess I should just stop ordering McDonald's period. Thanks for the bad service I guess I'll just eat better 🤣.
I've been to McDonald's all over this country in my 65+ years. This location is the absolute worse! Consistently screw up orders, dirty dining area, poor mannered and non-caring employees. All signs indicative of poor management.
It’s McDonald’s, so my expectations aren’t sky-high and all but I’ve got to say, they’ve really stepped it up lately. My advice: use the app to order and know your pickup time. Curbside is my go-to, especially during busy hours, and it’s been super smooth. Everyone I’ve interacted with lately has been great in the customer service department. I rarely ever have to pull up to another window to wait for my order anymore. Looks like there’s been a change in management or staff, and it definitely shows. No complaints here!
