Almost everytime either the order is wrong in the bag or the fries are half cooked or both. Please cook the fries for the entire time or turn up your temps by 25° on your fryers.
I used to work here and know most of the people. I ordered through the drive thru and as I was getting my food, I watched as the employee eat some of my food, and didn’t give me napkins when I asked. She continued to be rude, and I never got my napkins. Horrible experience.
