The filet o fish always makes my hard
This location is horrible! It never takes less than 15 minutes for me to get my food, regardless if it's a fry, mcflurry or 4 burgers, and something is always messed up or missing! I will never come back to this location! The Azle location is 1 million times better! You can get better workers, that might fix the problem. Sadly I happened to be in town and stop by again we've been waiting over 25 minutes for 3 minutes how is this fast food??!?!?!
Instead of rushing people through the drive thru how about yall make sure everything the customer ordered is in the bag(s) and fulfilled to the best of your ability. Two straws for three drinks, half filled fries, and no sauces that were asked for. Paid $2 for an extra chicken patty, and its not here either. Do better. Continued bad service. Everytime I go here there is something wrong with my order. This time I didn’t even get my order they handed me the drinks (with no straws) and said have a great day… when we said we didn’t get out food the red head employee with the eyelash extensions said “well then what did you order” like wdym .. our order was over $30 so why would we only have 3 drinks .. then I had to wait for another 20 minutes for my food just for them to never give me the straws and had attitude when I asked .
