My order was wrong. A manager came to the window and told me that I should have double checked the order on the screen (instead of just trying to correct the order…I would have paid the difference). When I asked her how much I paid for it she shrugged and told me that’s why they put receipts in bags and walked away. The worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Every worker was yelling at customers and each other. Apparently I ordered too much food because in the middle of my order the employee said “Jesus! Anything else?”
Went through the drive through to get a coke, was 1.59 , gave a dollar sixty. They kept my penny and was told the bullshit excuse , because they quite making pennies, i wonder if they would appreciate if I gave them 1.55 and said, I don't have any pennies they quit making them.
I must say this McDonald's in Snow Hill operates fantastically! I go here about once a week on my way home from work and they always get my order correct. I typically use the drive-thru, and unlike years past, it moves fairly efficiently. The food is fresh and tasty. If you've not tried this McDonald's in a while, now's your time
