The service at this location has steadily declined over the past couple of years. The staff is often rude, and there's about a 50/50 chance you'll receive the correct order—or anything close to it. Of all the locations in the area, this one is by far the worst. It seems the decline started around the time new shift leads or managers were brought in, which may be the root of the problem.
