Food is decent here, employees need to be trained better on customer service. I stood inside for 10+ minutes at the pickup counter before someone spoke to me, had time to chat with their coworkers at the counter but no one said a single word to me. I could count 5 separate employees who looked me in the eyes, passed me, and didn't even bother to ask 'Do you need anything?' while I watched my order get cold on the counter.
