Is McDonald’s in Russellville Kentucky was the most unpleasant and dysfunctional McDonald’s I have ever been to, I waited for almost 20 minutes for 1 ice cream cone inside. I ordered off there machine in the lobby, I got tired of waiting finally had to ask and then the guy went back and made me a cone. They have nothing out, no condiments no straws no napkins, had to ask for everything and that wasn’t easy!! This place was so terrible and missed managed. 1st time I have been back to a McDonald’s since Covid. Very disappoint... read more
It's a burger place.
Bad service overall my husband got all the way home (drive through service sucks!) and orders were missing and incorrect!!!!!? he had to go back .. so inconvenient and last but not least they did not give receipt
