Advertised a meal on their menu, could not make it and got an attitude when I asked why. (The Grinch Meal) Ripley McDonalds has always been a dumpster location of the McDonalds corporation.
Overall staff, food and service is the worst experience. I've ever had at any McDonalds. The ignorance and incompetence is mind-blowing.
They had NO sandwiches at 8:30!!! Said all they had was nuggets and only 2 orders. This is ridiculous and said they couldn't fix any.
Extremely rude and unprofessional.
