I placed online order. App shows order ready. I told lady "Online order for MacKenzie" she walked away and went to another order. She completely ignored me. Then a lady stood at register to place order. Guy walked to register then turned around and then a lady did the same. Lady finally walked away after 5 minutes of being ignored. On top of that.
