This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to! The team is always lost! I went to order through the drive thru today because they take forever to give you a curb side order since they prefer to service the drive thru! I pull up to the intercom, she asks if I am using the app I said only for the points, she takes my code, I am about to order and tells me rudely to hold on. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Always take forever to hand out the order. Mine you mean while with no one dining inside the restaurant and all the workers just standing inside. Had us waiting 30mins in the drive thru for our simple order of chicken nuggets while 4 or more cars behind me with bigger order kept leaving.
To begin, I recently visited a restaurant for a meal after a long workday. I arrived early, ensuring I was there before closing time. I decided to use the drive-through service, but unfortunately, the cashier couldn’t hear me due to the heavy rain. Despite the inconvenience, I managed to place my order.
