The person who took my order was extremely polite and friendly. If only I knew that was going to be the high point of this experience. They are always out of everything. I asked for ANY of 3 different sauces. They rudely said they were out. OF ALL OF THEIR SAUCES. Management needs to get this place under control. Either by ensuring inventory levels or asking their employees to be honest and just go open the new damn box of sauce.
Edit: Decided to give them another try. Did dine in. We didn't order anything too crazy. A couple burgers, and a kids meal. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food. At that point, we should have just gone to a sit down restaurant. It's called fast food for a reason. This store is always a mess and has horrible service. Skip it.
I ordered a mcdouble and I remove things I didn't want on the burger but they just didn't care when I sent my order through their app.
