Website and the schedule on their drive thru window state that this location opens up at 4am on Sunday morning. On 03/09/2025 I placed a mobile order at about 615 am so I could pick up and the restaurant was still not open. So now had to go to the other location, which means I now have two charges being pulled from my bank account. Absolutely ridiculous. Would like a corporate call to discuss this situation.
This place at night often looks like this, you can tell how things are going to be based on how it looks when you enter. The morning staff has it way more appropriate. They clear off the screen without having bagged the food. They are not even trying. These employees on this shift and this day must originally be from the McDonald's by Coralridge and if so that was a huge mistake. Normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review for a McDonald's, but this was actually really great. The staff did a great job! Easy to understand, helpful, timely and above all else each person I saw had a smile on their face. That smile was something I really needed 😁
This place has improved it's service pretty dramatically the past year. Good job! Cheers
