regularly waiting over 40 minutes for food busy or not. Staff seems clueless, high, or lost unfortunately. Sucks bc I love a good fish filet but you're lucky to get something semi edible in an hour window. Get CFA or Wendy's or Zaxbys.
There's always a problem with this location. Either you wait forever or your food is totally messed up beyond belief. Terrible, slow service and either untrained employees that don't know how to use the software or shitty, horrible software that doesn't properly work. I've been eating here for 3 years and today was my last attempt. I placed a mobile order and drove 20 minutes to pick it up and was told my order wasn't in the system despite already being charged for it!! Expired sweet tea, burned McGriddles and McMuffins. Slow service. Absolutely abhorrent.
