Walked in and overheard one of their managers,Michelle, I think her tag said that she "will have one of the Chinese kids do it." Now I dont know what kind of place allows their managers to speak about employees that way but I was not impressed and she had said it a few more times as a way to refer to them while I was waiting in the lobby. Great food and atmosphere just not all of the customer service assistants are friendly though.
I was just here doing multiple DoorDashs which I normally visit this location, and one thing that’s so annoying is when the lady with blonde hair in the front with glasses constantly sees me waiting to pick up my DoorDash that’s usually ready and expects me to wait for her to finish talking with coworkers about non work stuff / cleaning or doing something that takes up so much of my money earning time when they SEE me walk in and I’m waiting to pick up my DoorDash that’s usually ready.
