Ordered via the app, waited in the drive through to pick it up for 10 minutes. They kept saying “be right” with you. Finally, they asked for my order. Said they were short staffed. Waited some more just to pick it up. I'll avoid this location in the future. Fries, cold!
10 minutes of driving, 20 waiting in the drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Wasted 9000 points because I had no indication that they were closed, especially three hours before closing time. Better off driving to the one in Claremont.
Just don't go here. You will leave mad, I promise. Disgusting. It's nearly a half hour+wait. When you confront them, they'll give you food that's been sitting with half a piece of cheese on a Fish Filet and cold fries. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. I threw it away. Ridiculous and so unethical, inter alia (among other things).
