Always very kind and pleasant to speak to. They made a little mix-up this morning and put sausage on my muffins instead of bacon, they were super nice about fixing it! As someone with a lot of anxiety they made it easy for me to feel like I could talk to them. Thanks you guys!
Expensive, cold, and not what I ordered.
Long time resident here in Newport. This place is so frustrating. Food is always cold and they can NEVER get an order correct. Standing at the counter, and they just stare at you and never ask if you need help and when you ask them, they are extremely rude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!! Done spending money at this dump.
