This place is seriously struggling. I’ve waited 45 minutes before, and now I’m waiting 30 minutes thus far. It’s just not worth coming back at this point. Tons of cars just driving off (at least 10 so far), no one taking orders, the wait time is at least 20 minutes (if you’re lucky)! What in the world is going on here? This spot won’t last in this condition.
Vary rude to me I ordered a ice coffee and had the option to select light ice they came up to and ask me if I was she then when I said yeah, I just don't want extra ice. They proceeded to laugh at me in the back, very loudly enough for me to hear an Older Woman making fun of the fact that I WANT light ice like. What is this first grade? Do better Definitely, won't be coming the last one. As often for rude service
This place sucks! Too lazy to work a register and having everyone use a Kiosk with a credit card. What if you have cash only? And there's people there, just too lazy to help someone out. Go to the one in Claremont, you won't have this asinine problem.
