The employees in Mount Pocono really need to check the order before it goes out the window at the drive thru. When I got home I found that something was missing. When I tried calling, of course no one answers. Next time, I will take everything out of the bag & make sure it's all there, regardless of how many cars are behind me in line.

10$ for a big arch? That's a joke right? There's no reason a garbage fake burger should be this price.

Portions have gotten so much smaller and the prices went up so much it not even worth it anymore. This particular location was pretty crappy. Couldn't get my own drink while eating there cause the fountain machine was completely gone, napkins or any other condiments are out of the question also. Wait time was pretty bad also. There was 1 car and 2 mobile orders and it still took almost 15 minutes. Highly would not recommend going here.

I love this McDonald's! I honestly don't understand why it gets so much hate. It's in Mount Pocono yes, but there's never any service problems that I've ever experienced and I've been going there at least once a week for years. I went the other morning, got my breakfast stuff and continued on my way like I always do. No problems. Just how I like it. Thank you guys for the great service. Your staff really deserves to be recognized for how awesome they are! Especially your morning staff!
