I placed my order thru the mobile app. Waited curbside for literally 30 minutes before my food came out. Once it came out the fries were cold the nuggets were hard. I rarely visit this location and when I do I’m reminded why I don’t.
I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app and used curbside pickup. Everything seemed fine until I got home and realized my 10-piece McNuggets were missing. I drove all the way back to the restaurant simply to have the missing item replaced and have my food remade so I wouldn't have to eat cold food. The Burger had no flavor at all. The poor woman had to bring this bag to me. She must have been in her 80's. She is working her ass off. Take care of her. It is extremely ridiculous that we have to send our retirement folks back to work.
They only care about the drive thru customers!!!
