I asked for my food fresh repeated it two times to make sure that it was going to be fresh parked and waited for my food just for it to not me fresh my time was wasted and the food was not properly made!
For the dashers they offer very little help and will completely ignore you. these little girls dont know what customer service is.
I know this ain't "fine dining", but bro c'mon. Y'all gotta have SOME level of standards. Was trying to enjoy a lunch break with my wife and the lady at the register was just dead-eyed and rude. Took our order, took our money then just placed our ticket off to the side. I then watched - waiting for our food - while everyone literally just kept running around the ticket making everyone else's order while we waited for about 35 to 40 minutes. Curbside, I was waiting for an order for 45 mins and awful foods and bad drinks. no good Manager.
