Ordered ahead on the app, wait awhile at the counter and waited, have to wait for the bathroom to get "unlocked", person that was behind the counter had a attitude and had no McDonald's markings/uniform. And dirty tables. Took exactly 20 min to get the order (burger, value frys, 4pc nuggets ,and 2 drinks)
I went through the drive-thru and then parked to eat. My nuggets were dry, didn’t complain. I went inside to use the bathroom and they were locked. There’s a sign saying the bathrooms are for customers only which I understand, but seeing as I am a customer I asked the cashier if she could open the bathroom and she said yes, I will. I stood by the bathroom and waited and waited and waited. I go back to the front and she was just standing there, clearly never had intention on opening the bathroom for me.
