Drive thru was friendly and fast. Most importantly, accurate. Haven't had an issue yet, always gives straw, napkins, and correct order. Great job to the drive thru team.
The girls who do the drive through are really sweet no complaints there their manager (white dude with the patchy beard) is extremely rude and unhelpful. He adressed me with a condescending and abrasive attitude for simply asking a question. Its been a issue twice and its ridiculous that he still finds himself employed there.
I was ignored in the drive-thru line. It took them 17 minutes to finish the order, and I asked for no sauce, but they ignored that too. I'm late for the meeting and ended up spending money on something I don't want to eat. It's a waste of time and money.
