They charged my card six times saying it was declined, and after checking my bank, the charge cleared six times in a row. While showing them my bank notifications they refused to give me my order. Will have to report this to my bank. Staff was in training and the manager on duty was entirely unhelpful and rude.
I placed an order online and when I got there the line in the drive thru was long so I got off and went inside. You know, thinking of just pick it up and go. Nope I was meet with attitude and then when I asked one girl about who I was supposed to ask for my order, just rolled her eyes and pointed at the cashier.
