Every time I visit this location, the ice cream machine is out of order, and the frappuccino machine is also frequently unavailable. This has been an ongoing issue over multiple visits, not just a one-time occurrence. I understand that equipment can occasionally go down, but the consistency of this problem is frustrating and impacts the overall customer experience. These are popular menu items, and it’s disappointing to not be able to order them regularly.
Have gotten very lazy why work here if you can’t handle the job, im paying im still giving my money for what i want and what i DON’T want and still manage to make the wrong order. Clearly says no mint syrup and still manage to add it.
Basket of fries are fantastic!! The window staff is always friendly
