Having been here countless times due it it’s convenient location, I can say the staff at this location is consistently cold. It’s always an impersonal experience, and though the quality of the food is steady, the amount of hoops i have to jump through to use my deals/rewards and work around technical difficulties, and with some employees not serving the counter at all to sit on their phones in the kitchen; my rating has gone down over time because there’s usually at least one issue with a visit, it’s a subpar serving loop- h... read more
Food was wrong, but at least it was all there—so we’re calling it a win. Place was clean, and the play area is a fave as long as nobody’s napping in it. Service? Meh. Manage your expectations and maybe don’t pull up hangry.
We ordered breakfasts meals and a large orange juice to share. They diluted a smaller orange juice a LOT to fill up the large cup. It was seriously mostly water with some orange flavoring. Go up or down the road to a different location if you want to actually get what you pay for.
