Food is good, it’s McDonald’s. But the service is very poor. I waited quite a while in the lobby for assistance after I arrived before I was even acknowledged. They weren’t all that busy, and they were assisting other customers, but twice when I could have at least been greeted after finishing with a customer (I was next in line) I was glanced at then ignored. Poor service and poor management they can’t do better they losing customers like that
Store always needs swept and tables wiped everytime I go in. The last 4 times I used the mobile app to order; I order 20 minutes prior to arrival and still wait 5 to 15 minutes for my food. Then the orders arent right, whats so hard about no cheese, no tartar, add pickle on a fish sandwich. We have let standards slip by not making a big deal of small things and here we are, a bunch of lazy people incapable of simple tasks and following simple orders and when you bring it up they gas light you like yoir blowing things up. Avoid if you can. Waited almost 20 minutes for a refresher and cup of ice. The drive through girl was rude and had an attitude. She was clearly the reason for the long wait and line and didnt care at all. I understand having a bad day but good lord if you dont want to work there quit dont ruin everyone else's day.
