Happened twice now, I have gone through drive thru and ordered food to be told to wait out front. Waited out front for about 20 minutes before going inside to see whats taking so long. Turned out they just left my food on the counter and when I asked them about it they said that I had placed it online for pick up.
Drive thru wait was unacceptable.
Worst McDonald’s ever. I understand they’re on a base with ships that hold thousands of people and get overwhelmed but you always wait an hour + to get the simplest things and by the time you get your food it’s cold. On top of that when ever they are rushing the orders they just stack everything on top and now your food is also getting crushed. Not so fast food for sure. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes just trying to get out of it. Ordered curbside and it said 2-5 mins till ready and it's been 30 minutes. Never had worse customer service. This base either needs to close this building or fix the service because this is unacceptable. The food isn't even that good
