Blonde middle aged woman in the second drive thru window was just disgustingly rude. We ordered an M&M mcflurry, and the first guy said that he accidentally hit oreo because his computer was acting up, and forgot to change it. He was super nice and instructed us to let the second window know so they could make us the right kind. I understand that this is a McDonald's inside a military base. There is an influx of people through out the day, but to sit and wait almost 30 minutes for a food and drink is crazy stuff. Maybe they might be understaffed on night-midnight. But they need to figure that out and do something about.
Consistently the worst fast food service I've ever had when I went here from 2020 to 2023. Doesn't sound like it's changed. I would drive 15 minutes elsewhere to avoid going here. Not sure how these employees are treated but something just does not work well here. I would avoid at all costs.
